Why I Create

My background is in psychology, and I’ve always cared deeply about mental health and well-being. For me, working with yarn and thread is more than a craft—it’s a way to ground myself, to focus on the present, and to create something gentle in a world that often feels anything but. Every piece I make is a quiet act of care, stitched with the hope that it might bring comfort to someone else.
